Features

A previewable, reusable workflow for two-stage tool fillets.

Automatic edge detection

Identifies corner and bottom edges from the selected face, combining CATIA topology searches with measurement-based checks.

Preview before creation

Review the detected edges before running the operation. Manual selection remains available when automatic recognition needs adjustment.

Five radius presets

Save frequently used corner and bottom radius pairs, labels, and selection hotkeys.

Sequential or grouped runs

Process multiple bottom faces one at a time or create one grouped corner fillet and one grouped bottom fillet.

Keyboard workflow

Configure sequential, batch, preset-selection, and exit hotkeys to reduce pointer travel.

Independent licensing

RadiusRunner uses its own machine code, TPM binding, and local license service. A 7-day trial is included, and a full license can be imported from the mini panel.
